Custom monogram design
starts at $75 and varies depending on the complexity of your request.
Once work on your design has begun, this fee is non-refundable
under any circumstances. Form entries marked with an asterisk
(*) are required.
Once you've chosen a design from the proofs, you'll
receive 6 different file types (of each version, color and grayscale)
to cover the gamut of diy and professional projects (PDF, vector
EPS, BMP and TIF for print; JPG and transparent GIF for web).
To get started, please complete the following form. Once
the information is reviewed, we will send a PayPal invoice/bid
for the design of your custom monogram.
Turnaround is quick — your proof will be sent in
2-3 days unless we advise you otherwise. Your monogram proofs
and final files will be sent via email to the email address you
provide. We recommend you not use an AOL email address, as the
proof attachments are either stripped or the email doesn't get
through at all.

Note: Metallics are not available, but many vendors for favors,
etc. can apply metallic finishes to the finished files we provide.
*Color
hues cannot be guaranteed due to differences in printers and monitors.
Most vendors and diy copy centers, like Kinkos, will have software
to adjust the hues, if the need arises. For more information, see
information at the conclusion of this order form. |

Before you place your order, please take a moment
to read the following …
• Your final wedding monogram files
will arrive via email in a zipped file folder (EPS, PDF, BMP and
TIF for print; JPG and GIF for web). These file types are sufficient
for any diy projects or professional reproduction. Note that you
may not be able to "open" all of these files without
certain programs, but you will be able to "place" them
as graphics into a variety of templates and documents.
• Files will be delivered in black and
white, unless you specify colors in the color section. Although
we do offer color application, and do our best to match your color
request, we cannot guarantee output results. Due to variations
in monitors and printers, it is impossible to do so. Your files
can be edited with a variety of graphics programs including Adobe®
Illustrator, Adobe® Photoshop, Adobe® Photoshop Elements
and similar programs, if you choose to add color yourself. Many
of these are standard at professional printers and can also be
found on public access computers at places like Kinko's copy shops.
True•love•logos cannot offer any software support.
Please refer to software user manuals.
• All orders are processed via PayPal
where you can pay with any major credit card, your checking account
or your PayPal account. A PayPal membership is not required for
purchase. All financial information is managed by PayPal and is
never seen by True Love Logos The only personal information kept
by True Love Logos is used to fill the order and contact you,
if needed. We will never share your information with anyone else.
We don't like junkmail any more than you do!
• Wedding monogram files cannot be returned
for a refund or exchanged. Once work on your design has begun,
your payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
